Since dunx answered me, I check the forum about the fix.
I didnt find all the answers yet but I made some changes.
First, I disabled the speedstep in the Bios. Nothing changes.
I checked about the nvidia driver. I changed parameters from quality to performances. Cuda WU didn't seem to be enhanced. A milkyway WU is still getting 12 minutes to complete.
I fix Boinc manager to be launched as administrator. Nothing change.
I tryed to change the priority to Real time. Windows said the access is not allowed. then I disabled Boinc Manager to be launch as administrator. Then I can change the priority to real time, but I didn't notice any change....
8-)
I guess something can be done, but it is not obvious...
Thanks for your help.

You don't need to change the priority of BOINC Manager
- change the priority of the science app which is doing the real work.
I read also many of your posts ! After that, and after changing different settings, the only improvement I had (crunch time for BRP3 was divided by 10 !!!) wad to set "use at most n-1 CPU" in the Boinc Manager Preferences.
Oh boy, what a change...
I read many over solutions. I tried them but I didn't notice any (big) change. S5GC1HF still needs 11-13 hours to complete. As I said in an old post, I disabled speedstep in the Bios, I reinstall the nvidia driver as suggested by BilBd (custom install and priority to performances) - don't forget to suspend your Cuda WU or you will lose them -, I tried to change tasks process priority with Sysinternal Process Explorer and windows task manager -> I will try the process lasso, I created a cc_config file... It was quite a fun :-)
Setting a computer for bests performances is - very - interesting. It shows up that no matter how powerfull are the "new" computers, the waste of power is ignominious. Waste, waste, waste... I wonder if producing more and more power has sense. Anyway, I'll keep optimize my system. It reminds me when I optimized my C code to draw fractal curves with two CPU : 80286 and 80287...
Thanks a lot for your help. I wish you my bests wishes for the new year.

Mine are currently taking 5:45 ( i7-870 @ 4 GHz) due to "real-time" allocation to my GTX 460.

For automatic change use Process Lasso:
