Service interruptions over the weekend (Fri Aug 10 - Sun Aug 12)

Over the coming weekend there will be interruptions of the network services at UWM which will affect Einstein@Home. We'll shut down the daemons at AEI (affecting validation of BRP and FGRP applications), but try to keep uploads, downloads and the scheduler running and accessible as much as possible. More details will be posted in the comments section to this news item.

Results of Einstein@Home Search for Gravitational Waves in Full LIGO S5 Data Set Available

After several years of analysis and post-processing work, the results of the Einstein@Home search for gravitational waves in the full LIGO S5 data set are now publicly available. The paper can be found here http://arxiv.org/abs/1207.7176.
