Yes, very cool. It's becoming

Yes, very cool. It's becoming rather pedestrian for SpaceX launches.  But make no mistake, the amount of engineering and perfection of execution is awe inspiring.

Thanks! I have made a habit

Thanks! I have made a habit of watching SpaceX launches. They way they turned the extraordinary into routine never ceases to amaze me.

Yeah, those Falcon 9s are

Yeah, those Falcon 9s are absolute hot rods.

I looked up their 'rideshare' program : you can put 10kg into low Earth orbit for the bargain price of $330K USD !

Cheers, Mike.

I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...

I told all my friends I could teach them how to be funny, but they all just started laughing at me.

Believe it or not, you can put up 50kg into orbit for the same $330K USD.  The price starts going up from there.  :>)

The flexible payload options for small and micro payloads are impressive. But it is not a "bargain price" if you look on overall costs.

Europe's Arianespace names 150 million EUR for a Ariane 5 launch to lift 10 tons from Kourou (French Guiana) into GTO which is €150K for 10kg (into geosynchronous transfer orbit). But Arianespace says SpaceX's Falcon 9 are 'way cheaper' than their Ariane 5 system. They started a cooperation with Roskosmos to offer a launch system for smaller payloads < 5 tons. So the Russian Soyuz ST-A/B can be launched from Kourou too. Arianespace says Soyuz launches incurs half the costs of Ariane 5 per (metric) payload ton. Anyway, the Russian-European cooperation is dead, not because of the war. SpaceX Falcon 9 is cheaper in any aspect and Arianespace was forced to construct a small, cost-optimized Ariane 62 to replace Soyuz within the next few years. Ariane 62: 4.5t GTO, 10.3t LEO for €70M which is €67.6K for 10kg into LEO). Presumably that's a competitive price to match SpaceX which they can't currently.
