Relating to or dependent on charity; charitable. Origin from late 16th century as a noun denoting a place where alms were distributed, from medieval Latin eleemosynarius.

Why do doctors have to practice?
You'd think they'd have got it right by now
Well I much prefer your definition to the one I got. The one I got caused a small-sector brain melt after I got past the comma. It reminded me of that lot I don't like being reminded of a lot who would probably like to add a not after the especially to bring it in line with what they would like to bring it in line with a lot *daintily disdainful sniff* if you know what I mean
:)

If you please, madam.
I do, yes. Just trying to decide whether to do an alphabetically ordered jumble like this -> ADEIINNRSTTUU
or a wordy one like this -> DirtiestAnunu
One has no correctly placed letters and the other has two correctly placed ones... so when I've decided which one I'm opting for, I'll let you all know...
:)
Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.

For the record, whatever that's worth, the definition provided by the source from which I got the word was
1. of or relating to alms, charity, or charitable donations; charitable.
2. derived from or provided by charity.

Well, we already know a little bit then.
First guess: NUDIESTRAINUT - the definition of which would get me modded.

LOL ! I can't think of any meaningful interpretation of that word which wouldn't attract attention. Nope, not one. They just be all a bothersome .... :-)
Cheers, Mike.
I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...

heh heh heh heh heh :))) good one!! which I will now arbitrarily multiply by 10 to give you however many points that makes, David. Yes :)

:))) Mike! Hello :) I didn't recognise you without your ossicles' flap enhancers... I'm thinking of definitioning it whilst you're swimming to that whiffy beach you're going to... :)
Till then... Not only is it a very good word in its own right, it shares six ditto-positioned letters with the word I had in mind. Yes six! :) But wait! It gets even better! :)
vvvLOOKvvv
One of them is the same as one of the ones that was correct in the jumble that had two correct.
AND... the six make two strings of correctly abutting letters, the second of which is a third of the lot and half the length of the first... with half as many as that inbetween!
And there are as many adjacent and completely and utterly wrong ones as you got right! ... although you did get more than them wrong of course
There! I knew that would please you! *share happy beam with ALL of einstein*
Now I'm off to bed :)
Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.

As tired as I am right now, I had to read that three times to even realize you were offering a response to my guess. Making sense of the response will have to wait until tomorrow.

Brains do that sometimes! I wouldn't worry about it :) Perhaps it would have helped if I had told you that I opted for the one with two letters right. That's the alphabetically ordered one.
I think.
Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.
Well Admiral's first one was missing a t so I put it on the end where it made no difference at all to the four he had right, one of which is a new right :)
He did a little better with nude unitarist (aka second one) by getting 5 correct, adding two completely new letters to the pot of correct ones!
As for his last one - at the very last moment he averted what would otherwise have been a complete wreck. Yes... (I'll leave you to work out how many right ones that makes) after managing to deliver three pairs of transposed letters. One a set of consonants, one a set of vowels, and one a mixed pair, but not necessarily in that order.
