    The on-boarding process has been challenging for me.

    Computations where failing, how-ever I was not able to ask for help on the forum Since it requires at least one credit to allow posting on the forum.

    My work-around was to find an alternative way to get credits using an other computer and wait almost a week to get the credits approved.

      It's not well known, but the Getting Started Forum does not require any credits to post. Sorry for the confusion.

      Update: I changed the text on Getting Started to make it more clear that anyone may post without credits.
